Bolstered the lifecycle of the instructional design process for 15 products and processes, including analyzing data to identify curriculum needs, using storyboards and collaboration to develop engaging content, and designing effective learner and Program assessment tools. • Designed and delivered virtual, classroom, and web-based instruction for technical programs. • Managed training for 20 locations in North and South America.

     ✦ Developed learning solutions for 17 core systems, demonstrating and utilizing effective needs analysis, project management, course development, and evaluation skills.

• Spearheaded Course Curriculum Review Board (CCRB). • Commissioned to lead project team to update Biometric Collection course, Including revamping training materials, procuring updated equipment and hardware, and properly disposing of outdated Classified material.

     ✦ Led training material updates on 12 Command and Control (C2) systems for the USMC, including creating Master Lesson Files and presenting proposed revisions at a two-week

         CCRB meeting; implemented 12 periods of approved instruction across the USMC.

     ✦ Modernized Biometric Collection system and training by researching and purchasing $150K in hardware and creating an accelerated training program, enabling a seamless launch

         of new system.

    ✦ Revised 15 formal periods of instruction throughout tenure and designed instructional and student materials for 11 military and civilian personnel programs, workshops, and

         seminars.

    ✦ Collected and reported performance data for service-level readiness and manpower systems, service training  management systems, and DOD IT systems to facilitate data-
